Up for sale is a beautiful, player-centric Fender Standard Stratocaster, made in the Ensenada, Mexico factory in 2017 (Serial: MX17902194). This was the final, highly regarded year of the "Standard" series before Fender transitioned to the Player lineup.

Condition: This guitar has been exceptionally well looked after. It is in great condition with only one minor chip on the edge of the neck between the 7th and 9th feet (see photographs). Otherwise, no other visible dings, dents, or deep scratches. It has spent its time in a smoke-free home environment.

Tone & Playability: Because this is a 2017 Standard model, it features Fender's factory ceramic single-coil pickups. Compared to newer Alnico models, these pickups offer a hotter, punchier output with a gorgeous, glassy top-end clarity that cuts beautifully through a mix and pushes overdriven amps or pedals wonderfully. The modern "C" neck profile and 9.5" radius fingerboard make it incredibly comfortable and easy to play.
