The Body: CB20C (Designed for standard +48V phantom power operation). Serial Number: 2783.
Connectivity: Wired (Standard XLR)
The Capsule: CC50 Cardioid capsule, offering a tight, accurate pickup pattern.
Condition: In good vintage condition with normal signs of light cosmetic wear consistent with age (see photos). Tested and fully functional. It delivers that signature open, pristine British broadcast sound that modern budget pencil condensers just can't replicate. Excellent on acoustic guitars, hi-hats, drum overheads, and strings.
Era: Mid 1970s to early 1980s. Just before Calrec's transition into larger broadcast mixing consoles dominated their production.
