Up for sale is a beautiful, vintage Yamaha DX100 programmable FM synthesizer in excellent aesthetic and fully functional condition. This is a legendary 1985 portable synth, highly sought after for its iconic electronic music patches (including the famous "Solid Bass" preset) and its popularity with talkbox players.

I inherited this instrument and, as I am not a keyboard player, I am looking to pass it on to a musician or collector who will truly appreciate it.

Condition Details:

• Face Panel & Keys: The control panel, buttons, sliders, screen, and all 49 mini-keys are exceptionally clean, bright, and free of wear.
• Chassis: The casing is structurally perfect. There are only very minor, light cosmetic surface scratches on the back/underside from gentle historic use (see last photo), which do not affect performance.
• Battery Compartment: The original plastic battery cover on the underside is fully intact and present.
• Case: Includes the heavy-duty, plush-lined hardshell flight case shown in the photos. The case provides maximum protection for storage or transit and is in great working order.

The synthesizer will be securely packaged inside its hardshell case and shipped via a tracked, insured courier service within the UK.
