The unit has just been fully serviced by a technician who identified some underspecified components in the original design and replaced them with upgraded parts. He also found evidence that this was a known issue with these units. The work has been completed and the unit has been fully tested, so it is now performing beautifully.
It was always a great-sounding and comprehensive EQ, and this is a reluctant sale. The servicing and component upgrades mean this particular unit has had some attention beyond a standard example, so this is a great one to get.
Please study all the photographs carefully for the cosmetic condition. There are a few rack marks on the top of the unit, which can be seen when zooming in on the top views. The underside also has non-slip material attached. The original front-panel screws have been replaced.
