Slingerland – 5x14" No. 153 Artist Model (Radio King) 3-Ply 8-Lug Snare Drum 1963–1968 – White Marine Pearl. Gene Krupa?!?
This 1960s Slingerland Radio King is in excellent condition with no issues. All original parts. Minimal fade, Everything works just like it's supposed to. Nothing broken, missing or altered.
The drum supposedly belonged to Gene Krupa and is signed on the interior shell. There is no evidence to support the claim. Simply a story from a previous owner. The signature looks legit enough but I'm not a handwriting expert. I'm not charging any premium for the signature or supposed history since I can't verify it. Consider this a great 1960s Slingerland Artist Model with an interesting story.
