What's Included- Teac PD-H500
- No additional accessories included
The Teac PD-H500 is a front-loading stereo CD player built around a PCM1710U 1-bit DAC with 8x oversampling, delivering a frequency response of 20Hz-20kHz, a signal-to-noise ratio of 100dB, and total harmonic distortion of just 0.02%. Line output is provided via RCA at 2V, and two optical digital outputs allow connection to an external DAC or digital recording setup. IR control inputs and outputs are also onboard, with compatibility with the RC-613 remote. It is worth noting that a variant, the PD-H500i, uses a Burr-Brown PCM69AP R2R multibit DAC in place of this model's 1-bit converter - a distinction that matters to DAC-curious buyers.
A great opportunity to own a Teac PD-H500 at this price point.
