Shipping Policy
Unless a specific shipping carrier is requested and agreed upon in advance, international orders will be shipped with tracking via Japan Post EMS, an international air service, or another trackable shipping carrier selected by us.
If you would like to request a specific carrier or shipping service, please contact us before purchase or before the item is shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the requested carrier, destination, and service.
Import duties, tariffs, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless they are collected by Reverb at checkout. Any additional charges imposed upon import are the buyer’s responsibility.
If an item is returned due to a buyer-related reason, including an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, extended absence, failure to complete customs procedures, an undeliverable destination, or failure to pay import-related charges, the buyer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, carrier fees, and any other costs incurred as a result of the return.
If you do not agree with these shipping conditions after placing an order, please contact us before the item is shipped to request cancellation. Once the item has been shipped, a full refund may not be available. Shipping costs and other related expenses may be deducted from the refund, subject to Reverb’s policies and applicable law.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Many of the items we sell are designed for the Japanese market and operate on AC 100V. Before use, please confirm the voltage and electrical specifications in your country or region and use an appropriate step-down transformer or compatible AC adapter when necessary.
Damage or malfunction caused by incorrect voltage, an unsuitable transformer, an incompatible AC adapter, incorrect polarity, or improper power supply is not considered a defect in the item and may not be eligible for return or refund, subject to Reverb’s policies.
Returns or refunds may not be accepted for issues caused after delivery by improper use, negligence, disassembly, modification, unauthorized repair, or damage caused by the buyer. Any modification or disassembly of the item may also affect eligibility under Reverb Buyer Protection.
Please keep all original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and included items after delivery. If a return is approved, the item and all included materials must be returned in the same condition as received. Any loss, damage, alteration, or missing accessories may affect the refund amount.
If an item is returned due to a buyer-related reason, including an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an undeliverable destination, refusal of delivery, extended absence, failure to complete customs procedures, or failure to pay VAT, import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or other import-related charges, the buyer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, carrier fees, and other costs incurred.
Where permitted under the return policy in effect at the time of purchase, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price may also be deducted from the refund for buyer-responsible returns.
If the item is not returned to us because it is abandoned, confiscated, destroyed, or disposed of by the shipping carrier, customs authority, or another relevant authority due to a buyer-related reason, a refund may not be available. Any refund or deduction will be handled in accordance with Reverb’s policies and applicable law.
