General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or incompatibility.
Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or non-functioning items. If your item arrives damaged or does not function as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received (Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs).
If approved, I will provide instructions for the return process. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the item less a 10% restocking fee.
