Anywhere in the UK for free
Anywhere in Europe or North America for £120.00
Everywhere else in the world for £150.00
We make our best effort to ship within 1 business day after full payment has cleared. A tracking code will be issued upon shipment of your order. Your instrument will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, to ensure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. Our shipping team know what it takes to keep an instrument protected. As musicians ourselves, we know how important it is that you receive your Well Played Gear package in perfect condition.
All international shipping rates published are for actual transportation charges and do not include VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which vary from country to country and are 100% the responsibility of the buyer. Feel free to message us with any questions.

Conditions particulières
Sales tax may be applicable. Products can be returned with no questions asked in original condition after contacting the Well Played Gear team and requesting a Return Authorization Number. Products cannot be returned and will not be accepted if they are not accompanied with a valid Return Authorization Number.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in its original condition. We require that the buyer insures and properly packs the item being returned to Well Played Gear. Our team can assist in recommending a courier company in your area after they have issued you a Return Authorization number to help ensure a safe return of your item to Well Played Gear.
The buyer will receive a full refund in their original payment method, less any shipping charges and restocking fee. You can also have the option to convert the refund amount into store credits.
