Shipping Policy

**We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product specification inaccuracies in our catalog or web site. Prices are subject to change without notice.** **NOTE: Most orders over $200 will ship as Signature Required. AR WareHaus offers free ground shipping on thousands of stock and non-stock (special order) items for orders shipping in the continental US (48 states). Free shipping may be upgraded to 3-day, 2-day or 1-day shipping for minimal fees. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is discounted but not free. Any returned merchandise will have the cost of shipping deducted from any refund or credit. Please read the following before selecting the shipping option on your order and please message us if you have any special requests or questions. **WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES**.

If the item is found "Dead on Arrival" within 24 hours of receiving the product (tracked via shipping carrier), it is the customer's full responsibility to notify us by contacting us via Reverb to process and make necessary arrangements to send you a replacement & return the defective item. Failing to contact us within the 24 hours dead on arrival notice, we will not accept any returns or send any replacements to fix the matter. You can then contact the product's manufacturer for the warranty purposes. If for any reason, our company finds the "claimed dead on arrival product" to be fully functional and not dead on arrival, the customer will be charged for "claimed Dead on Arrival" product and "Replacement" (if sent). Restocking fees will apply for false claims.

* Please note, if the item is a special order item or manufacturer drop shipped item, WE CAN'T ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR ANY REASONS. We will try our best to show and describe what you are buying here by photos and description to ensure your decision on buying the correct item.

Service descriptions are listed as business days. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times. Orders in stock are typically shipped in 1-3 business days but most ship within 1 day. If an order is placed over a weekend or on a holiday, it cannot be processed until the next business day. In most cases your order will ship via UPS Ground Service. For larger orders, we will ship via freight services as needed. If you have special delivery needs please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 3-day ground service is available only to the continental US (48 states). Shipping descriptions like "Next Day", "2-Day", etc. are used to denote service levels and do not guarantee when you will receive your order. They represent time in transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based upon item availability and shipping to urban areas within the continental US (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. U.S. Orders: We will only ship to the credit card billing address or an approved alternate shipping address. **WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES**. If your credit card billing address is a PO box, please use an approved alternate shipping address. International Orders: We do not ship orders to addresses outside the U.S. (including APO boxes).
