At the Vintage Guitar Gallery of Long Island we specialize in dealing rare collectable guitars, basses, amps, and other fine musical instruments. All of the instruments we have on display have been chosen particularly for there unique design and historical influence in creating some of the most iconic music ever recorded. We also provide auction event planning, restoration/repair, consignment, and professional appraisal services for insurance, tax, and estate valuation purposes.
Shipping Policy
We ship UPS Ground unless alternative carrier is requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping/insurance charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We pack every instrument we ship safely and securely. Any insurance claims are the sole responsibility of the buyer and should be handled directly with the parcel carrier, however we realize that anything is possible, so if you ever feel that you have received a package that looks to have been mishandled by the carrier and would like to submit an insurance claim we'll be happy to help you.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
On any of our vintage/used items we offer a 24 hour approval period from the date of receipt of any instrument shipped to you to let us know, via email or phone, that you're sending it back. Please save the exact packing materials so you can ship it back in the same box. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to any returned vintage/used items.
