I will ship with tracking to Canada, the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments may incur additional charges.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns Policy
If an item is found to be faulty or defective, a full refund will be given provided it is returned within 28 days after the day of arrival with all original packaging and parts. Certain items such as guitar strings cannot be returned simply because they “break”. It is the nature of guitar strings to break if they are stretched too much or put on a guitar improperly. Returns of items that are not defective, faulty or damaged, can be returned within 7 days after the day of arrival, provided they are returned in their original condition with all packing materials and parts for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Always contact us first before returning any item.
