We buy not-so-cool, unused and dusty amps, get them on the bench and give them a new lease of life.
We are completely transparent in every step in the process. With every amp we provide an explanation of what we've done and why, a list of the components we've updated or modified, and an updated schematic for future reference, we'll even provide our spice models to anyone who’s interested.
All items are checked and serviced before listing and have a we have a friendly returns policy.

Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Truth & tone wants every customer to be happy with their purchase and so offer a fairly quible-free returns policy on guitar amplifers and pedals
Guitar Amplifiers
If you purchase a guitar amplifier from T&t and decide it's not what you're looking for, we offer the following returns policy (subject to conditions):
- 30 days returns if the amp is faulty (electrical or mechanical).
- 15 days returns in cases of change of mind.
- 15 days replacement of faulty valves/tubes.
- 60 days repair if the is amp faulty (electrical or mechanical).
Conditions
- Prior approval must be obtained before any product is returned – please contact us.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as when bought/when leaving Truth & tone.
- The amps will be checked for any modifications or changes in operating or circuitry (e.g. change in bias settings). Any modifications or changes invalidate this policy and the item will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
- Any item shipped to us must be returned in sufficient packaging to protect the item.
- Any costs incurred in returning items to Truth & tone are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Guitar Pedals
If you purchase a pedal from T&t we offer the following returns policy (subject to conditions):
- 15 days returns if the pedal is faulty and we have we have carried out any work on it e.g modifications, component upgrades or repair.
- 7 days returns if the pedal is faulty (electrical or mechanical).
