I am not a retailer, store or warehouse, but an active musician that has accumulated a good amount of gear over the years, so I sell what I no longer need. I strive to be honest & detailed in my descriptions, offering clear photos of the items I have for sale. I encourage communication and strive to be professional and respectful, so I ask the same of you. Ninety percent of the time there are no issues with transactions, but unfortunately the 10% minority disrupts business & can cause large issues, so my guidelines here reflect that:

As is items – If the item is sold “as is”, I do not offer returns or guarantees on it; they are used items, so expect them to have wear and usage to varying degrees. I test the items to the best of my ability, post multiple pictures and describe the best I can, but if you have concerns you will need to ask them prior to an offer or purchase. Complaints after the fact & asking for a return will not be honored.

Shipping – I generally ship via USPS Priority mail in a flat rate box as it is usually the simplest, most convenient & economical choice for me. If you prefer it shipped via any other carrier, it can be done but that will need to be discussed prior to purchase and the full cost will be yours. If you are outside of the continental USA and want it shipped to you, the same guidelines apply. “Free shipping” offers do not apply outside the continental USA.

Insurance – As with any item shipped, I recommend you get insurance to cover your costs if there is any damage done during the shipping process. I always attempt to pack the items well & securely, but I do not have control over them once they leave me. When shipped via priority mail, the service offers a base insurance that varies to the size of the shipment, but anything additional would be at your cost & request. If damage is done during shipment, please contact the carrier.
