New Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All items returned must accompany all original packaging and paperwork, and returned in the condition it was delivered to the buyer in. All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt by buyer. Once received, inspected and processed, refunds will be done within 24 hours. Shipping prices are not refundable.

Shipping Policy & International postage - items shipped outside EU will be subject to customs processing depending on the item's customs value!
As a buyer, you should be aware of possible:
- delays from customs inspection.

Returns authorizations MUST be issued by Tony's Boutique prior to the returning of good. I will not accept any returns or process cancellations if you decide that you don't like being presented with a bill by the courier!
