We are a few guys who love and are dedicated to music. Our main goal is to provide great musical instruments and we do our best to offer them at affordable prices. Every single instrument offered is real, and fully corresponds to the photos you see of it, and has also been carefully inspected and fine-tuned by a luthier. New Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All items returned must accompany all original packaging and paperwork, and returned in the condition it was delivered to the buyer in. All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt by buyer. Once received, inspected and processed, refunds will be done within 24 hours. Shipping prices are not refundable.

Returns authorizations MUST be issued by Tonex Music prior to the returning of good. We will not accept any returns or process cancellations if you decide that you don't like being presented with a bill by the courier!
