Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

No returns on any items shipped out of the U.S.A. All items are professionally packed and shipped fully insured. USA buyers have a 48 hour right of refusal on new items in which time they must contact Tonewood Guitars for a return authorization should they wish to return their purchase - This applies to shipments to the lower 48 states of the USA only.
