General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Tommy's offers a 48 hour approval period for all shipped guitars and effects. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the item both ways (to and from). A returned item must be sent back in the exact condition and packaging as when the item left Tommy's. Returns must be insured. All returns require prior approval from Tommy's Guitar Shop. Sorry, no returns for shipped amplifiers.
