Shipping Policy
I don't charge for boxes, handling or other incidentals. And I usually lose $$ on shipping...cost of doing business. Often times i will throw in extras for buyer just to be cool.
No Returns on International Shipping, unless damage.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I always try to be as honest and descriptive as possible, returns are accepted if problems arise, buyer pays shipping back. Always insured.
I'm just an individual not a dealer, please be fair. 10 day return.
I can only do returns on electrics if structurally compromised or damaged and must be verified by certified Luthier I will share cost, they must be retuned in exact condition as received. No scuffs or play time or missing/damaged parts.
Sorry 2 sound like a jerk, but this is 4 my protection. I'm very flexible with Buyers and want nothing but the highest level of service to people, especially folks as picky as Musicians. I've been let down as a buyer, so I'm trying to not pass that on.
