Shipping Policy
I normally ship the next day; my shop policy is 2 business days to account for the unlikely event that I have an emergency at my day job that prevents shipping the next day. Unless we negotiate something different, I ship USPS priority mail and post tracking info the evening that your item ships. I normally only ship domestically to the United States. On request, I may ship to other countries: whether I'll ship to these regions depends on the item and the additional cost and paperwork of shipping there.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If item is not as described, I issue a full refund including return shipping costs (up to USPS CONUS priority mail rate) upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the defect.
I may accept returns if you are not satisfied with the item, at my discretion.
Some of my listings include a satisfaction guarantee, where I will accept return for any reason within 7 days; this will be noted in the listing, if it applies.
