Timber Tones Ltd started trading in 2009 having identified a need for high end Boutique Guitar Plectrums. Since then we have been distributed into around 5000 Music Shops in over 20 Countries. We always use eco-friendly natural materials as an alternative to plastic. In fact we now have over 400 designs of luxury Picks for use with every type of stringed instruments.
Shipping Policy
All Orders to the UK will be despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class. This should take 1 - 2 business days to arrive. Cut off time for same day despatch is 2pm UK Time.
All international orders will be despatched using Royal Mail Standard International Postage, which does not come with Tracking. This usually takes around 1 week to reach most European Destinations and 1 - 2 weeks to reach the USA.
Please note: On the rare occasion that the parcel is not delivered, Royal Mail will only consider a parcel lost after 15 working days.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
