The Yamamura Churchill Archive offers a collection of original 1990s Yamamura Churchill components, cables, and accessories from the private archive of Robert Churchill, co-founder of Yamamura Churchill with Be Yamamura in 1993.

In less than a decade of production, Yamamura Churchill earned a reputation for pushing the art of sound diffusion to unprecedented levels of purity, only using meticulously selected materials such as cork, copper, and other natural conductors to minimise resonance and distortion.

Roughly thirty years later, Robert Churchill is releasing this rare and distinctive collection in the hope of introducing a new generation of purist collectors and sound devotees to the exceptional craftsmanship and sonic philosophy of Be Yamamura's pioneering work in high-end audio. Robert writes:

"I first met Be Yamamura in 1992 when he was living near San Casciano in Val di Pesa in Italy. Be was extremely cultured and different to anyone I had ever met. The term "Rennaissance Man" would not be inappropriate. Apart from his astonishing sonic and electronic wizardry, he could have equally settled into the world of Formula 1 motor racing. The period in which we collaborated saw some extraordinary designs and products, and I have great memories of visiting Japan with Be in 1996. Like all geniuses, Be didn't want to be constrained by a line of products; for him, pushing the boundaries of what was possible was his raison d'être! His products are timeless, the legacy of a true artist!"

All items in this collection are genuine - many in New Old Stock (NOS) condition - and were either handmade by Be Yamamura in Italy or produced by TRI Associates in Japan under Be's supervision in the 1990s. Many of these pieces are no longer available, have never been on the market before, or exist only in very limited quantities.

Each listing in the collection has been supplemented with archive photographs of Be Yamamura in Italy and in Yamamura Churchill's workshops and showrooms at Wardour Castle in England.
