Opened in 1966, by Bill & Buz Tarpley, we're proud to have been serving the music & arts in the incredible community of Amarillo for over 52 years, as well as the surrounding areas of the Texas Panhandle for over 91 years. This location is a full-line music store complete with a Grand Piano Gallery, Acoustic Barn, a full-service Brass & Woodwind Repair Shop; soon a Texas Guitar Showcase, Pro Band Shop and Pro Orchestra Shop.
We're conveniently location on I-40 via the Interstate West access road between Paramount and Western St or off of Wolflin Ave. You can find us next to Tascosa High School and Chili's.

Shipping Policy
• Lower 48 States: We currently only offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 United States only. We can ship to Hawaii & Alaska, but shipping charges will apply.
• No International Shipping: Due to new trade regulations and agreements with vendors, we no longer offer shipping internationally, including Canada and Mexico.
• No Minimum to Qualify: There's no minimum price threshold to get access to free shipping - you're already qualified for free shipping. Some restrictions apply, like size and weight of an item.*
• Orders ship same or next day: We work diligently to ship all orders within one business day, but some items require extra attention to pack. Weekend orders will ship on the next business day, usually Monday. For guitars and other large purchases, please allow time for thorough inspection, setup, and specialty packing.
• Online orders only: In order to qualify for FREE shipping, orders must be placed directly here on Reverb.com. Not valid on in-store purchases or phone orders.
• *Size and Weight Restrictions: Certain products are excluded from free shipping due to size and weight. Items that weigh 100lbs or more may incur shipping charges, as well as large items that need to be shipped via a freight service.
• Returns: If you choose to return your order, we will deduct the cost of shipping from any refund. Please see our Return Policy.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
• New Items: Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item. Tarpley Music reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition. • Used & Vintage items: Most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. All vintage and used refunds may be subject to a small 5% restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment. • The following items are not returnable under any circumstances: - Strings (Guitar, Bass, Orchestra) - Reeds - Drumheads - Drumsticks - Software - Sheet Music - DVDs/CDs - Harmonicas - Mouthpieces - Earbuds/Headphones (if unsealed) - Or any item that may come in contact with the mouth or ears. • Items sold "As-Is" and cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed. • We strive to process all refunds within 1 to 3 business days of the return been received at our location.
