General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All items that are returned for any reason in damaged condition will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of repairs as assessed by S811 Repair Shop.
Any vintage item purchased is subject to a 25% restocking.
Any vintage item returned in damaged condition will be assessed a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of repairs as assessed by S811 Repair Shop.
Shipping for returned items is at the expense of the buyer. All items must be sent back express shipping. Studio 811 will not be responsible for the cost of return labels.
All digital items are not returnable. This includes digital media, publications, music, educational materials and any digital musical equipment such as modelers, or chip-based devices.
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
