We buy and sell musical instruments and equipment to experience the widest possible array of gear. Whether it’s strings, keys, percussion, or pro audio, our goal is to get quality tools into the hands of musicians who will use them.

Our Gear Standard

• Tested & Cleaned: Every instrument and piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and tested before listing. While our inventory is "pre-loved," we verify that everything is 100% functional before it leaves our shop.

• Transparent Grading: We follow Reverb’s Condition Guidelines strictly. If we list an item as Excellent, it will arrive in Excellent condition. For items in Good or Fair condition, we provide detailed photos of any dings, scrapes, or wear so you know exactly what to expect.

• Professional Care: We treat every piece of gear with the utmost respect while it is in our possession, ensuring it is stored and handled properly.
Store Policies

• Communication: To protect both the buyer and the seller, all communication must be handled through Reverb Messages. We do not conduct business via phone calls; keeping a written record ensures clarity and security for everyone.

• Returns & Trials: All sales are final. We do not offer "try-out" periods or returns. If you have any questions regarding the specs, condition, or compatibility of a piece of gear, please reach out before purchasing. We are happy to help you make an informed decision!

• Payment: Per Reverb policy, buyers have 72 hours to complete payment. If payment is not received within this window, the order will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping Information

We are experienced in packing delicate equipment and take great care to ensure your gear arrives safely.

• Speed: If your purchase is completed early in the day, we make every effort to ship same-day.

• Large Instruments & Heavy Gear: Most instruments, amplifiers, and bulky equipment are professionally packed and shipped via UPS Ground.

• Small Gear & Accessories: Compact items (pedals, interfaces, accessories) are secured in protective packaging and shipped via USPS.

• Protection: Every shipment includes Reverb Safe Shipping. > Important: Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival. If a package is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work through the Reverb protection process to resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot initiate claims or offer resolutions for issues reported after this 7-day window.
