Shipping Policy
USA SHIPPING & HANDLING:
• Free U.S.A. ground shipping & handling via USPS
• Signature is required for delivery
• Same business day shipping, including insurance and tracking
• Delivery time varies between two to six business days, excluding postal holidays
• To receive your Stellartone shipment during business hours, provide a valid occupied street address, a USPS PO box number, a private mail service address (PMB), or your work address
• To prevent theft, parcels cannot be left unsigned and unattended at any delivery destinations. If undeliverable, or at your request in advance, the USPS will hold your parcel for your signature and pickup at your convenience at your local post office, or at an authorized USPS retail outlet... for a limited time
• Should an undeliverable or refused shipment be returned to Stellartone, $18 for shipping & handling expenses shall be deducted from the buyer's refund, irrespective of discounted or waived shipping charges.

• $15 discounted flat rate shipping & handling via USPS Ground and Canada postal services
• Due to customs, security and shipping issues, all sales to Canada are final; no exchanges, returns or refunds

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Reverb's 4% seller processing fee (restocking fee, above) is not refundable. Stellartone's USPS shipping & handling cost ($18) shall be deducted from any returns and refunds. Buyer's state sales tax is not refundable by seller - see REVERB for state sales tax credit
