General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Within 7 days after receiving your guitar you got the right to send the guitar back with deduction of the sending costs en packing-materials with a minimum of 250,- euro (shipping costs may vary per country) Ofcourse we will have to receive the guitar back in original condition as we delivered it. After receiving the guitar and a thorough check on the guitar we will transfer the money back to the account it has been payed from.
Buyers are responsible for customs fees and taxes applicable in their country.

Throughout the delivery process, we help with paperwork if needed.
All guitars come with a hard or styrofoam case.
