Shipping Policy
You will be notified via email when your item ships, and we will provide tracking information when we do so. Most orders ship within 24 hours of order date.
We usually ship via UPS Ground (3-5 business days), however we reserve the right to use the USPS Priority Mail for certain items. There will be an extra charge for expedited services.
Free shipping is not applicable to international orders, or orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We use the US Postal Service for international shipments (except Canada, where UPS Standard to Canada is used) to provide the lowest possible shipping charges.
Free shipping is applicable with purchase only. If you choose to return the item(s) you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the cost of shipping both ways.
In case of damage during shipping please notify us via email as soon as any problems are discovered. We will immediately file claims with the appropriate carrier and keep you informed of the progress of the claim. If expedited freight is requested please email or call, as we can arrange these services for an extra shipping fee.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Therefore we offer a 7 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund, less any shipping fees both ways and payment processing fees (2.5%). Returns are subject to (up to) a 15% restocking fee. Special orders, consignments, drop shipped items, drum sets, amplifiers, cabinets and discontinued items are not returnable. Customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways. Items must be in the same condition as received, any manuals, power supplies or other original literature included.
Due to the high cost of shipping products internationally we do not accept returns on international shipments, except Canada
If you would like to return a product purchased from us, please notify us via email or give us a call at 781-331-333 within 7 days of receiving your item(s). You will then receive an email with return instructions.
