General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

All of our cables are hand built with only the best quality materials. We offer a hassle free lifetime guarantee on all of our cables for workmanship and components. If any of our cables stops working - which is extremely rare - we will replace it. This does not apply to cables that have been misused or damaged (this includes exposure to heat, heavy objects being rolled over cables, or connectors that have been tugged or mishandled.), and applies only to the original purchaser.
