Snowed In Books and Music is a respected and experienced internet retailer that has sold thousands of books, records, and music gear all across the world. We carry a small selection of pre-rocked music gear that is always played and tested before it gets listed. Much of the gear we sell is from our own personal collection or gear we have purchased to try ourselves. We ship most of our guitars and gear via Fedex. We strive to ship out items within 1 business day of order placement, but occasionally an extra day or two is required. We will provide you with tracking information on all of our orders.

Conditions particulières
We accept returns on all items regardless of reason if you contact us within 7 days after you have received your item. We will ask that you pay return shipping and will refund your initial payment once the item has been received as long as it is in its original condition. We will also refund the return shipping fee in the event that a legitimate problem was found on the item that was not documented in pictures or text of the listing. In short, if we misrepresent something or fail to point out a flaw, we will reimburse you the full purchase price plus return shipping. However, if you want to return something simply because you don't like it, then we will still accept the return, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
