I’ve been buying and selling on eBay since 2001, and here on Reverb since 2013. I am a musician not a business.
My Shop Rules, blunt but obvious:
- Feel free to email any questions about an item for sale in my shop.
- I ship ASAP once item is paid for. Same day if possible, usu next day.
- If your offer is declined, try again, I often don’t counter for various reasons. - If your offer is 25% below asking I’ll automatically decline it. Reasonable offers are 5% to maybe 15% off. I try to price fairly as in what I’d consider paying.
- If you want to cancel your offer; retract it through Reverb Policy not email.
- I only sell through Reverb. Even if you’re my nextdoor neighbor you still need to purchase through Reverb for your protection and mine.
- Leave feedback. The sale ends when the buyer receives the item.
