General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We send by Canada Post and USPS. This limits the insurance that I am able to place on these items so I highly recommend (As do these postal services) that you place it under your home or rental insurance. If you do not and there is damage incurred in shipping you will be help partially at fault. This is a simple step that typically doesn't cost anything. We will however work with you to resolve a dispute once the insurance review has been done by the postal service and your home/rental insurance.
We only cover $1000 insurance on orders through Canada Post. If additional insurance is required it can be purchased by the customer prior to shipping. This is possible through the buyers home insurance with a bill of sale. Should the buyer decline this insurance only $1000 damage will be covered.
