Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We test all parts, including tubes before we ship them. Tubes have a 7day return/replacement policy and all other parts include a 14day return/refund policy. Please cool the bias in your amp before using 6p14p tubes as we mention in the information on the tube.
