General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the return must meet the following conditions: a) No visible signs of use: The instrument and all accessories must be returned in the exact condition they were received, with no new scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear, b) The instrument and all included items must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent transit damage, c) The return must include the complete bundle as listed in the original ad. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the criteria above.
