Shipping Policy
Shipping on most all items applies to the Continental US, lower 48 states. Any shipping outside the USA will NOT be free. We ship using Fed Ex, if we receive information from Fed Ex showing your purchase was delivered our transaction is completed. If you don’t receive or your item is stolen, You have to file this claim with Fed Ex. If lost and not delivered You must still file a claim with Fed Ex to start the claim process.
Please don’t leave negative feedback when it clearly shows your product was delivered.
Damage (NEW) items must be reported within (3-Days) of delivery received. After (3-Days) there is NO-Returns. Items that are Used or Vintage that arrive delivered damage are not Returnable or Refundable. You must file a claim with Fed Ex immediately. When purchasing an item that you make an offer on and we accept your offer at a lower price this item is non-Refundable and non-Returnable. Items can not be returned just because they don’t sound good or go with your existing instrument. All items shipped are insured for the amount they are purchased for.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are to be paid by the purchaser. NO COD returns accepted. A restocking fee is also applied on all returns before a refund is given. If you made a offer on an item and it was at a lower price your item will not be available for a refund. After 3-Days no refunds are given.
Used and Vintage items can NOT be returned, so ask questions prior to purchasing. If you purchase Used/Vintage gear and don’t ask it will be shipped as described in listing. Once shipped there is NO Returns. All shipments that show Delivered from Fed Ex, UPS and UPSP release us from any claim of Lost, Stolen or Non- Delivered. If this happens You must file a claim with FED EX, UPS, USPS,etc. Damage items (Brand New) must be reported within (3-Days) of shipping reception of delivery. No returns after (3-Days). Used and Vintage items that arrive delivered damaged in shipping are Not returnable or refundable, You must file a claim with the delivery/shipping company and they will handle your claim.
