Shipping Policy
We carefully pack and ship guitars with tracking.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or import restrictions in the destination country, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as any return shipping or carrier fees incurred.
Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure about possible import charges.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
