Shipping Policy
Items are shipped either USPS or UPS, insured for the purchase amount. Shipping cost is for the continental U.S. only. We gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories & Canada, with the buyer paying actual shipping costs. Guitars containing any Rosewood will NOT be shipped outside the U.S.A.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Returns will only be accepted if the item was misrepresented in description or in photo. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from buyer refund.
