Pride is taken in the pictures and descriptions of items posted up for sale. It's assured that our customers know what they are getting. These instruments and accessories for sale are sourced in every way imaginable.. Some are organic, some are free range, and some are even wild caught!! 😂These instruments sold are playable. Instruments that are not playable will be described in detail that they do not play/parts/arts/repairman special. All of the instruments for sale are adjusted/repaired as needed by our local NYC repair techs and other fellow teachers help to reassure these items are good to go and playable. These extra steps in care may reflect in the pricing. If you feel the price(s) may seem a bit higher than other online private sellers. It is the cost of servicing + the cost of the instrument. Many times it will reflect to the repairs/adjustment etc. Due diligence is taken to price them within the fair market value and within a normal/reasonable price point. Do not hesitate if you are searching for something specific. We can see if we can help you find what you are looking for (even if we don't have it). Most times we are able to network with fellow teachers/students/repair techs etc. and help you find it. Local NYC customers (or those of you who travel to NYC) The studio/showroom is by appointment only on 5th Ave in midtown Manhattan. if you are in the area please feel free to reach out and make an appointment so you can play test/see and feel the instruments in person before buying them. Or if you have friends and family here send them in for your absence. It has been done that way a few times too.

Manufacturers and Safety Information
The manufactures that are available for sale are normally hand selected quality makers and models that play in tune and play easily. If you ever need to have these instruments repaired that won't be and issue like quite a few of the wonderful brands I am not mentioning. The inferior instruments not mentioned by name are frequently available at non musical instrument big box retailers. Many times this unmentionable make/models are likely to not play well, have intonation issues, teachers and repair techs hate them and often are a waste of money all around. The instruments sold at Rising Phoenix Music can be taken to any reputable local repair technician and most cases can be fixed and replacement parts, can be ordered.
