At Righteous Guitars we want you to be happy with your purchase. To help make sure you get the right one, we offer a 72 hour approval period from time of receipt on mail order items. All returned items must be complete, unregistered and in the original condition and packaging with all included accessories and documentation, show no signs of wear or use and include the Return Authorization number provided by Righteous Guitars. Some items are not eligible for return. Please see below for details. To return an item, you must contact your salesperson within 72 Hours of the purchase to get a Return Authorization number. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items (Items with "Free Shipping" will have a $50 charge withheld to help cover the initial shipment), both to and from, and these charges will be deducted from any refunds or credits along with any costs incurred bringing the returned item back to its original condition upon inspection by Righteous Guitars. A 10% restocking fee with be withheld on all returned orders. Returns are not accepted on the following items: Special Orders, Layaway items, Clearance items, Markdown items, Discounted items, Damaged Items, Modified Items, Oversize/Overweight Items, and/or Discontinued Items.
