I owned and operated the NY Vintage Guitar Show for 10 years on Long Island before moving to SC to retire. I chose this name to be basic and simple since I live in Myrtle Beach and am not a retail store. Now any guitar sold is a personal guitar I do not want any more or might me moving along to fund another guitar or amp. You can be assured any item I might sell is on the money description wise and exact. Items are shipped using Pirate Shipping and I do not generate labels or ship through this platform
Any item I sell is sold in AS-IS; AS-SOLD Condition & As-Described: Items are sold As-Described and cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging;
Guitars are adjusted and ready to play. This guitar will need a new strings and a set-up to your liking. Guitars can experience slight changes during shipping that may require minor adjustments. In addition, I can not predict how you like your guitar set up. Be advised that minor adjustments or a set-up to your liking may be required and the costs associated with these adjustments should be expected. Please note that I sell pre-owned (not new) guitars. These may have been gigged by me so they are set up to my liking so, although they are inspected and tested, it is possible that I might miss a small nick or ding or, in the case of older guitar there may be just to many blems to photograph all of them. I will not be responsible for any shipping charges because you want to send the guitar back because you don't like the feel of the neck, it doesn't sound like you thought it would, you found a nick or ding that I did not describe or show in a photo. Under no circumstances will I be responsible for any shipping charges, send or return, unless this item is damaged in shipping. We offer a 48 hour approval period with a 7.5% restocking Fee.
Politique d’expédition
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. I use Pirate Shipping, which sells me the UPS or USPS shipping label at a discount. This saves you money on shipping. IE;, a guitar shipped UPS might cost $120 to ship, with Pirate Shipping that could be $60 or $75. Items are full insured by me and my Heritage policy and shipping rates are lower as I am not using insurance through the carrier other than my $500 deductible of my insurance company, which is where the savings come from.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
My international shipping policy is as follows;
1. I use a Freight Forwarder in Florida (FL) named Premier Music Services owned by Dan Boucher, his e mail is [email protected].
2. We use Premier Music services because he consolidates amps and guitars by the pallet load and specializes in International shipping
3. You deal directly with Dan and Premier Music Services on the shipping costs from FL to you. Dan can tell you within a few dollars what that shipping will be based on if you want it delivered to your door? Pick it up in London? Many other options. Call or E Mail Dan on how you want to get it to you.
4. This saves you on duties, taxes, VAT’s and other international costs you may incur and will be much cheaper than my shipping SC to Europe.
5. Dan has people in your country or nearby where if there is a problem, he has the logistics to deal with them on a case by case basis.
6. My shipping fee for you is from SC to FL to get it to Dan based on Pirate Shipping using UPS or USPS only, no FedEx.
7. You Pal Pal the cost of the item + shipping from SC to FL and 6% international Pay Pal fees or bank wire transfer.
8. Contact Dan and get a quote / guestimate on what shipping the amp from FL to you will cost you, then get back to me if you want to purchase the amp
9. Dan estimates from FL direct to you in EU or you can go straight to London to pick it up and save another $400 or so on VATs..
