General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns accepted within the specified period and buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs, and other conditions as follows A restocking fee of 10% will be charged to returned items with the original packing and in the same conditions as received. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to items returned not using the original packing. To process the refund, the item needs to be in the same conditions as it was received, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
