Shipping Policy
I ship using FedEx or USPS depending on the destination. I always provide tracking numbers and ship free to the continental USA.
I also have discounted rates to other countries.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Reverie Classical guitars offers a 48 hour trial period in which you can try any guitar for two days and if you feel it is not right for you simply return it in the same condition as purchased. All you pay for is the total shipping charges.
PAYPAL WARNING! Paypal is now charging 3.5% on all transfers. But beyond that if you pay with paypal and then return a guitar they still charge me the 3.5% transfer fee. So if you do pay with paypal and return the guitar I must charge you the additional 3.5%. the solution is to use the Reverb payment method and or,bank transfer,Vimeo, or old school check.
