Shipping Policy

We pack very safe to minimize any possibilities of damaged items in transit. We have successfully shipped over 5000 items in the past 20 years of business safely all around the world, from the most fragile vintage synthesizer and microphones to large keyboards, amps and recording consoles.

USA shipping: For continental US, we ship Fedex Ground to business addresses and Fedex Home Delivery to residential addresses, with speeds varying from 1-5 business days depending on distance. We ship Fedex 2-day Priority Speed for most smaller items that fit in a Fedex Priority Pak (such as small microphones, parts like tubes/transformers, some 500 series units and smaller guitar pedals). Expedited shipping and alternative carriers by UPS or USPS is available for additional cost, please message us options. Alaska, Hawaii and territories may incur additional ship costs.

High value items over $500/item will require signature on delivery unless specifically requested otherwise.

International shipping: We typically ship Fedex International Ground to Mexico and Canada and Fedex International Economy speed to all other countries. Shipping includes tracking. Estimated transit is 5-7 business days to most countries. Priority shipping or alliterative carriers may be possible, please inquire for options.

Freight items may ship by ground freight or Fedex freight and depends on the item and destination. Some large freight items may require professional crating depending on item or buyer's needs.

All shipping options include a tracking number.

For all shipments: Inspect the packaging on arrival and notate with photos any possible signs of damage to the outer box. Open the box carefully and not destructively and also keep all the original packaging box and materials in case you need to do a return or we need to file a damage claim with the carrier. Any disposal or destruction of packing material may void any returns/warranty/repairs or incur additional processing costs.
