All orders from Canada will ship out with Canada Post Regular Parcel, with the option to upgrade to Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost. Over-sized items shipping within Canada will go out with UPS Standard. All orders to the United States will ship with DHL Economy or in certain cases DHL Express. In certain cases, smaller items may ship with Canada Post/USPS. All international orders outside of North America ship with DHL. All shipments are fully inspected, insured and packaged. IMPORTANT CITES INFORMATION:
In regards to CITES regulations, we do our best to ensure that all affected international shipments include the correct paperwork required for international export. In certain cases we may require several business days to process this paperwork prior to shipping an order. If this delay does occur, we will respond immediately with a shipping ETA. Unless otherwise listed, all affected products listed on our Reverb shop use Appendix-II species of rosewood. These fees are calculated once your shipment crosses the border, and customs/duties and taxes will be collected by a third party, usually the shipping company. Certain companies may require a COD payment to cover these fees before the order is delivered. While Quest negotiates shipping costs on a case by case basis, under no circumstances will we assume responsibility or provide an estimate for any taxes, customs/import fees or brokerage fees. International customers will be expected to calculate these additional import costs and be aware of these potential fees before making any purchases.
In the event that your purchase is covered under NAFTA, duties may be waived by customs. We include a NAFTA Certificate of Origin when applicable. To find out of your order qualifies for a NAFTA Certificate of Origin, please send us a message.

Quest Music Store offers a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee where the customer can return the product and receive a full refund. The 7 day time frame is considered to be seven business days, and does not include shipping times. The customer MUST
contact Quest Customer Service to receive an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The customer is solely responsible for any additional shipping charges for returning an item.
