We are a small specialized business focusing on musical instruments, guitar equipment, and various parts. We take great pride in offering exceptional customer support with fast and detailed responses and updates. Our prices may not always be the lowest but you will find the added value of our operation is well worth the price difference - if there is any difference. We research and target competitive and fair pricing for all of our items. You will typically find that during business hours (Mon-Fri 4.30 am to 1:00 pm Pacific Time) our customer service operates in real-time. We are happy to provide additional measurements and consultations for most of our items. One of our most recognized claims to fame is our extremely well-packaged shipments. Unlikely you will find any folks that pack better than we do! If an order is placed before 8.00 am Pacific Time it will usually ship the same day. At this time we are not offering local pick-ups.

***Return during the returnable period***
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyers must notify the seller within 24 hours after the delivery if they wish to initiate a return. After 24 hours of delivery, based on the tracking number info, a return will not be accepted. The buyer must ship the item back in its original condition (no repairs, modifications, or damage) within 72 hours (excluding days when the carrier does not operate) after the return is authorized. The buyer is also responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, or a minimum of $20, will be withheld.

***Return if an item is not as described***
The seller will provide an RMA and return shipping label. Buyers must notify the seller within 24 hours after the delivery if they wish to initiate a return. After 24 hours of delivery, based on the tracking number info, a return will not be accepted. The buyer must ship the item back in its original condition (no repairs, modifications, or damage) within 72 hours (excluding days when the carrier does not operate) after return shipping is provided. The seller will provide a return shipping label.

***Canceling a purchase order***
If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase after the item has been packed and the tracking number has been provided, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, or a minimum of $20, will be withheld.

***Issues with Shipping Carriers and Damaged Items***
- We invest a great deal of time and effort in securely packing. We must then rely on shipping carriers to do their part, which includes handling the package with care and delivering it on time. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package during shipping; therefore, buyers agree that a refund cannot be issued while in transit to or from the buyer.
- In case the package is lost buyer agrees to wait until the insurance company reviews the case and makes a decision to pay or deny the claim. It is very rare that the insurance company will deny a legitimate claim; however, if they do deny the claim seller is not responsible for the refund. If the tracking data shows the package was delivered seller is no longer responsible for the shipment.
- In case the package is damaged, the buyer must notify the seller within 8 hours of the incident and then thoroughly follow the seller's instructions. Depending on the case, there may be a variety of evidence required to document the situation for the insurance company. Failure to provide the necessary information can prevent reimbursement by the insurance company. In these rare cases, the buyer agrees that the seller is not responsible for denied claims.

***Package Lost***
The buyer agrees to comply with our store policy regarding lost packages. A package is considered lost if a tracking number has not been updated for 25 days since the last tracking entry for domestic shipments and 50 days for international shipments.
In the event that a refund is issued and the package subsequently arrives with a delay, the buyer agrees to either return the item at their expense or pay for the item.

***Shipping***
"Same-day shipping" (if offered) refers to shipping on the same day, meaning as soon as we receive an order, we pick it, pack it well, and ship it that same day. It doesn’t reference the actual shipping method or arrival date. Shipping costs include not only carrier service but also labor (packing, processing inventory, driving), packing materials, and Reverb's processing fee. We reserve the right to choose any carrier and method of shipping. If an order is placed and payment is received before 8.00 am (Pacific time), the package will be processed the same day. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time.

***Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses ***
If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for the loss of the package, additional shipping costs incurred, or contacting the courier to reroute the package.

***Addressee is not Available / Addressee Refused or Returned the Package / Return requested claiming the item is not as described ***
If a buyer was not available for the delivery or did not pick up the package causing the return of the package, or refused/returned the package, or requested a return falsely claiming that the item is not as described on purpose or unintentionally, the buyer is responsible for any shipping & handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee (minimum $20).

***Extortion ***
Our store has a zero-tolerance policy for erroneous feedback, money extortion, or other fraudulent schemes. Such behavior will immediately be reported to Reverb.

***Feedback***
Buyer agrees that the seller has the right to leave feedback at any time and may also refuse to leave feedback.

***Discount / Make offer***
Buyer agrees that if an item was purchased for less than full price, the item(s) become non-returnable even if it is listed as returnable in the description. Price or shipping cost cannot be negotiated after the purchase has been made.

***Usage***
The buyer agrees that if the item is used in a manner not intended or not following the manufacturer's instructions, even for a brief period, it will be deemed non-returnable.

We always pack our shipments to basically withstand a nuclear blast. In the event of an insurance claim, we will diligently represent the buyer's interests. However, if you do not agree with any of our policies, we encourage you to consider other reputable sellers in the community.
