Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
1. All used gear is sold AS IS.
2. All purchased used gear will be quality checked by one of our in house technicians before the sale is processed. This can take up to 3 business days.
3. You have the right to waive the technician QC.
4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs from Gotham Sound.
5. The buyer has 3 business days to inform Gotham Sound they are going to return used gear for a full refund.
6. We will never, under any circumstances, cover the cost of repair for used gear after it reaches the buyer. Only a full refund will be issued within 3 business days of purchase.
7. We will provide service for the gear at the buyers expense.
