General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days if received damaged or not as described. Customer pays for return shipping. Must be in its original packaging unopened. The refund will be given once the returned item is received. Any returns or cancellation of sale, there will be a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way. Books, videos, sticks, heads, special orders or custom orders and clothing, discontinued items are all non-returnable.
