Shipping Policy
Most items will ship UPS insured. Signature required.
Smaller items may ship USPS.
To avoid finish damage on guitars, we recommend waiting 24 hours before opening the case to allow the guitar to acclimate to room temperature.
Buyer must save the original shipping box and all packing materials in case of damage claim.
Please contact us within 48 hours to report any damage.
This item is sold As-Described and cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition substantially different from how it was described or photographed. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and the return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Prior to a return, the Buyer must contact us with the reason for a return.
On guitars, the strings will be loosened before shipping to reduce tension on the neck and to prevent potential damage. Some guitars and basses will need adjustments after shipping.
