General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
(3) Three days to request a refund only if item is not as described.
Any authorized return requires insured and tracked shipping back AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE within (3) three days of authorization.
A 15% restocking fee to recoup the cost of initial free shipping will be deducted from the Original Listing Price and your refund will be 85% of the Original Listing Price.
For example, if I list an item for $100 with free shipping, if returned you will pay return insured and tracked shipping and receive a refund of $85.
No partial or buyer’s remorse refunds as all items are shipped in proper working condition and described to the best of my knowledge/ability as a working musician.
