Shipping Policy
Shipping prices for products listed by MESA/Hollywood are for the 48 contiguous United States.
MESA/Boogie products sold by MESA/Boogie Hollywood are intended for use within the United States. We are unable to ship any MESA/Boogie products outside of the US.
Please feel free to contact us for Shipping Rates outside of the 48 contiguous United States and for International Sales of non-MESA/Boogie products.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Please note: We are currently shipping orders on Monday, Wednesday & Friday via UPS. Our pickup time is approximately 12:30 PM on these days.
Return Policy (as of 10/12/2020)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied you can return products for a refund or store credit. Some exclusions and limits apply, see examples below. To make sure your return is processed quickly please note the policy guidelines and steps you need to take outlined below.
To return an item, please contact us for a RA (return authorization) first. Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Beyond 7 days, all sales are final.
15% Restock Fee – All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs including but not limited to, free outbound shipping and the processing of your returned items. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department. Restock fees may be waived at our discretion.
Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Returned merchandise must arrive undamaged, unregistered and in the same condition that it was shipped out. A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany returned merchandise along with all original packaging, tags, paperwork, accessories, etc.
Damage in Shipping - In the unlikely event of a shipping damage claim, be sure to save all packaging and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase by taking the steps defined above and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Just request an RA, place a new order, and return your original item. Refunds are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department.
Why a Restock Fee?
Some music stores will accept product returns for an extensive period of time and then relist these returned items as “New” products to be sold again. We don’t feel this practice is fair to those who believe they are purchasing “New” gear as these items may have actually been used for a considerable number of hours. We don’t believe in representing used gear in this manner as “New”. As a result, our restock fee covers costs of free outbound shipping to you, handling of the return process as well as reconditioning and adjustments necessary for resale. We understand that there are occasionally special circumstances so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all prior to purchasing!

Free UPS shipping on orders over $99 within the Continental USA! Exclusions apply for oversized items and items designated at time of sale. ex: "Item does not qualify for free shipping." MESA® products cannot be shipped outside the USA. For international orders please contact us for a shipping quote. MESA/Hollywood is not responsible for taxes and import duties.
Defective items
If you believe a product you received from us is defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to notify us of the issue. We will investigate and inform you of the steps needed to initiate a return or repair of the defective item:
To return a defective item, please contact us first for a RA (return authorization). We will cover all shipping charges incurred. If item is found to be fully functional, the item will be returned to you and we will charge an additional 15% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all shipping charges incurred prior to it shipping back.
Any issues you have with an item after 30 days of purchase will need to be handled by the manufacturer, not MESA/Boogie Hollywood. Please contact us with questions.
